A full search and secure which is our comprehensive start to finish service will usually be 2.0% of the property purchase price.
On average a full search and secure can take 3-4 weeks. There is no time limit however.
Our philosophy is to buy high quality properties first of all, sometimes this can happen very quickly and other times patience is required.
There is no pressure to buy coming from our side, we value happy clients and repeat business, we buy a lot of 3rd and 4th properties.
Each property search and each property is individual.
Depending on the search brief and the specifics of the search we will be adding value in a variety of ways. Sometimes we add value by being able to negotiate an excellent price for the purchase, often there will be other considerations which will be more important.

We collect your name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, financial information and other information to enable us to perform buyer’s agent services.
We may also need to collect personal information about individuals who are not clients of Allen Real Estate. This would include business contacts such as mortgage brokers, lenders, solicitors, building and pest inspectors, property managers, tradesman.
We do not collect sensitive information about you (eg. race, political beliefs, religion or health) unless this is required to enable us to provide you with services. Consent will be asked with your permission if we need sensitive information.
How is personal information collected?
We may collect personal information in person, by telephone, letter, fax, email and information you provide in our website.
How is personal information stored?
Allen Real Estate ensure that all personal information are secure from risks including loss, unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure. This includes electronic and physical security measures, staff training, and use of password protection software.
All personal information will be removed from our system once it is no longer required by us. Certain personal information may be retained for as long as is necessary to comply with any applicable law, for the prevention of fraud, for insurance and governance purposes.
How is personal information used?
Allen Real Estate policy is to only use personal information for the main business purposes for which it was collected.
All information gathered by Allen Real Estate may be used for:
-performing our buyer’s agent services
-our way communicate information about our services to our client
-internal administrative, marketing, planning, development and research requirements.

Personal information be disclosed to third parties?
All of your personal information will remain confidential and will prevent its misuse. Allen Real Estate does not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties.
Only certain circumstances where your personal information may be shared with parties outside of Allen Real Estate. For example:
law enforcement agencies, government agencies, courts or external advisers.
at your request to third parties such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, building and pest inspectors, property managers, tradesmen and other representatives. Third parties must only use the information for the purposes for which it was supplied, Allen Real Estate are not be responsible for ensuring this.
How to access and correct your personal information?
You have the right to request access to your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. You can ask us to correct information about you that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Allen Real Estate’s will update/correct information update in a timely way.
Allen Real Estate would provide you with a print-out of the relevant personal information from our current databases, or with photocopies of records which are held only on paper files upon your request.
